FOUNDATIONAL STAGE TLM
THE
Role
As a Production Executive – Foundational Stage (TLM), you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the production of Teaching Learning Materials related to Foundational Stage (PreKG to class 2). The role involves translating academic concepts into effective, engaging, and curriculum-aligned educational materials for school students and teachers.
Key Responsibilities
Content Development & Academic Alignment
Work with the academic / IKS team to develop TLM aligned with school curriculum and national frameworks (NCF/SCERT/CBSE or relevant boards).
Convert Foundational Stage concepts (Language and Numeracy development, Physical and emotional development, culture, heritage) into activity-based teaching materials.
Ensure that the content is age-appropriate, accurate, and pedagogically sound.
Maintain cultural relevance and Bharatiya context in the materials.
TLM Design & Ideation
Ideate innovative learning tools such as kits, cards, board games, maps, models, activity sheets, and manipulatives.
Support the creation of experiential learning materials that help students understand historical events, geographical concepts, and processes.
Ensure that materials encourage inquiry, discussion, and hands-on learning.
Production Coordination
Coordinate with designers, illustrators, printers, and vendors for the development of TLM.
Monitor artwork development, prototyping, and final production.
Ensure production timelines are met.
Quality Assurance
Review prototypes and final products for accuracy, durability, usability, and classroom suitability.
Ensure consistency in design, content, and instructional clarity.
Conduct testing or pilot trials of TLM in classrooms when required.
Documentation & Inventory
Maintain documentation of product concepts, artwork files, and production specifications.
Support cataloguing of TLM components and kits.
Coordinate with logistics teams for packaging and dispatch of kits.
Teacher Support
Assist in preparing teacher guidelines and manuals for the effective use of TLM.
Support demonstration sessions or teacher training related to the TLMs.
Educational Qualifications
Master’s degree in English/Math/ Education.
B.Ed. or background in education preferred.
Experience
2–5 years of experience in educational content development, curriculum design, or TLM production.
Experience working at ECCE level in school curriculum or educational products will be preferred.
Skills and Competencies
Strong understanding of Early Education pedagogy.
Ability to translate concepts into hands-on learning materials.
Project coordination and production management skills.
Attention to detail and academic accuracy.
Ability to collaborate with design, academic, and production teams.
Good documentation and communication skills.
