She is currently serving as Business Outreach and Training Lead at Samvit Research Foundation, where she leads nationwide outreach initiatives, teacher capacity-building programs, and institutional partnerships for NEP 2020–aligned educational solutions. She has played a key role in national-level syllabus and textbook development initiatives, including contributing as a core member to NCERT committees. Her professional journey includes leading academic departments in CBSE schools, managing large-scale foundational-stage projects, and designing textbooks, teacher handbooks, and teaching-learning materials aligned with NCF guidelines. A certified teacher-trainer, storyteller, and published author, she is recognised for creating meaningful, culturally grounded educational resources and delivering impactful, contextually relevant learning experiences.

Shyamala Kamath holds postgraduate qualifications in Science and Education (M.Sc., M.Ed.) and brings over 15 years of experience spanning academic leadership, curriculum development, and teacher training across diverse age groups. She is currently associated with Samvit Research Foundation, where she contributes to the development of learning resources for school education aligned with NEP 2020 and integrated with the Indian Knowledge Systems. She has served in leadership roles as Head of the Department and Academic Lead, supporting and mentoring teachers. She is presently working as a Principal Investigator on a Ministry of Education–supported project, designing teacher training modules focused on integrating Bharatiya Jnana Parampara at the Foundational Stage for the IKS Division. Her work reflects a strong commitment to academically rigorous, culturally rooted, and policy-aligned educational practice.

Dr. Maithri S. K. is a research professional with over 15 years of experience in scientific research, biotechnology, bioinformatics, and research leadership. She holds a B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Ed., M.Ed., Ph.D. in Biotechnology, and Postdoctoral Research in Bioinformatics. She has led multidisciplinary teams of 70+ scientists, managed 17+ biological science research projects, published multiple peer-reviewed research papers, and mentored researchers in translational and educational research. Her expertise spans research strategy, project management, scientific innovation, capacity building, and translating research into evidence-based academic and societal impact.

Smt. Shobana Y holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics and brings over 10 years of experience in mathematics education, curriculum development, instructional design, and academic content creation. She is currently serving as Assistant Program Manager (TLM) at Samvit Research Foundation, where she leads the development of NEP 2020-aligned, Bharat-centric Teaching Learning Materials (TLMs). She has played a key role in designing Mathematics TLMs, developing prototypes, conducting field validation, integrating teacher feedback, and ensuring high-quality learning resources. Her professional expertise includes curriculum mapping, digital eTLM integration, quality assurance, production planning, and project execution. Passionate about mathematics education, she is recognised for creating learner-centric resources that foster conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and joyful learning experiences.

Smt. Vani M B brings extensive experience in educational publishing, design management, and creative communication. She is currently serving as Assistant Program Manager – Designs at Samvit Research Foundation, where she leads the design, and quality assurance of textbooks and educational resources across multiple grades and languages. She has played a key role alongside academic team in developing curriculum-aligned publications, educational kits, AI-assisted illustrations, and creative learning materials. Her professional expertise includes design leadership, project coordination, production planning, proofreading, and mentoring creative teams. She also collaborates with illustrators and external partners to deliver high-quality educational resources and is recognised for creating visually engaging, learner-centric materials that enhance meaningful learning experiences.
